authentication and accounting to external accounting and billing systems.

development of specialized network accounting and billing systems, including
next class generation communication Voice over IP solutions.
E-PSYLON is a binary executable software for LINUX and Windows systems that is compiled to a
native machine (CPU) code. Its functionality is highly configurable.
E-PSYLON's design has the following advantages: scalable, multi-processing, configurable,
highly-optimised for performance and processor load, completely database
oriented, configuration and monitoring tools by web-interface.
E-PSYLON is built on a completely independent C++ library written especially for the
development of such class accounting and authorization systems and services. The

specifics of the development of RADIUS based multi-threaded processes with
